SufferJets vs. RocStars Roller Derby on 5/11

931165_10150367472719977_93110248_nTune in to WRFI at 7pm tomorrow, Saturday 5/11, for a special broadcast of the Ithaca League of Women Rollers first home bout of the 2013 season, live from Cass Park Rink in Ithaca: Ithaca SufferJets vs. Rochester RocStars!  There will be two 30 minute sets, with a halftime show.

Starting at 5pm, we’ll be airing a special broadcast of a recent talk by Sandra Steingraber on civil disobedience, jail and the Seneca Lake gas storage facility.  Following that, What’s the Frequency, Kenneth will air an hour earlier than usual, at 6pm, and after the bout, Blues Unlimited will start an hour later at 9pm.
