Esther Racoosin speaks with citizen Tiffany Miller, who wrote a Change.org petition requesting that the Secretary of the Army permit the inurnment of her Grandmother’s ashes in Arlington National Ceremony. Her Grandmother had served with the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASPs) in World War II.
