Rosalyn Bandy about Energy Smart Communities- May 26th, 2017

Rosalyn Bandy of the Cornell Cooperative Extension talks about the concept of “energy smart communities” and why New York State Electric and Gas Company, or NYSEG, is planning on installing smart meters in Tompkins County.  She also discusses how the adoption of renewable energy techologies, such as solar power, will require New York State to update its electrical grid.
