Herebeorht Howland-Bolton & Aron Thiim Discuss Ithaca Plan to Curb Heroin Use [AUDIO]

04/19/17: WRFI’s Laura Rosbrow-Telem spoke with Herebeorht Howland-Bolton, a recovering heroin addict, and Aron Thiim, a Harm Reduction Technician at the Southern Tier Aids Program, about an Ithaca College panel on the state of the Ithaca Plan to curb heroin use. In the interview, she asked them about why they supported harm reduction. Herebeorht also shared personal experiences about getting off heroin, a process he had only begun recently.
