Yvonne Taylor, co-founder of Gas Free Seneca, comments on the recent letter from Finger Lakes LPG (FLLPG) to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. In the letter, FLLPG asks the DEC to delay its decision on the permitting of the storage facility until the company can conduct well tests at the site. (photo from Gas Free Seneca website).
