Laura Flanders, Izzy Award Winner, speaks with WRFI [AUDIO]
Laura Flanders, a long-time independent journalist and the founder of The Laura Flanders Show, is a 2019 Izzy Award winner. The Park Center for Independent Media (PCIM) at Ithaca College gives the Izzy Award each year “for outstanding achievement in independent media.” Before the awards ceremony on Apr. 15, Flanders spoke with another Laura: WRFI’s News Director, Laura Rosbrow-Telem.
