Barbara Lifton – 125th New York Assembly District – held a town hall meeting in Cortlandville in early March to discuss the emerging New York state 2020 budget. She covered many important issues along with proposed budget expenditures as she represented the interests of her constituents in Tompkins and Cortland County.
