Coronavirus Update, February 23, 2021

After last week's weather delay, the Tompkins County health department has received 1,100 first-round doses of COVID-19 vaccine.

Of these doses, 300 are designated for people with comorbidities, 600 are for people in phase 1b, and 200 are set aside for healthcare workers in phase 1a.

Anyone with a canceled appointment to receive the vaccine last week will be rescheduled to Wednesday, February 24th, and receive their shot at the Cayuga Health Vaccination Clinic located at the mall. These individuals are being notified directly.
