2/22 @ 5 pm to 7 pm: Part II: Anti-Racism Training

 

Reviewed minutes from January 2021 Board Meeting

 

Park Report:

• Felix: will give John notes/bullet points
• Felix requested numbers from bookkeeper
• John: will write the report
• Staffing + COVID = restructuring and hours
• Interim report due Feb. 28, 2021

 

GM report

• Community News:
  • Jimmy Jordan: interim news director
  • Large number of interns
  • Continuation of Which Way Forward
• Studio B is in progress
  • Felix is going to work with Peter on documentation
• Compliance:
  • WRFI and WINO license renewal: 6.1.22
  • Re-application is due Feb 1, 2022: license renewal.
  • Check in with attorney in the next few months about what we need to do.

 

Board Anti-Racism Training:

• 2/22 @ 5 pm to 7 pm: Part II: Anti-Racism Training

 

Resolve future meeting times

• 2nd Monday of every month, 6-8PM. Back up dates:
  • 3rd Monday of the month 6-8PM.
  • 3rd Tuesday of the month, 7-9PM.
• Stephen will email the Board

 

Minutes approval

• Felix will connect with Pamela about moving the minutes she took to a WRFI folder
• Going forward: approve minutes at the beginning of each meeting
