Coronavirus Update, March 24, 2021
Tompkins county has 1,770 doses of the COVID vaccine for the week of March 22. All these doses are for essential workers in phases 1a and 1b. The Covid-19 vaccine registry will be used to communicate appointment links directly with a random group of eligible people.
New York State also recently announced that those 50 years of age and older are now eligible for the vaccine. Those who are eligible should sign up for the Tompkins County COVID-19 Vaccine Registry.
Tompkins County is reporting 17 new positive cases of COVID-19, and a total of 152 active cases
Schuyler County is reporting 1 new positive case of COVID-19, and a total of 15 active cases and 1 hospitalization.
