Tompkins County residents 16 years and older can register for a a COVID vaccination without showing proof of employment or a comorbidity. Caregivers or family can register on behalf of residents who don’t have a computer.
The Tompkins County Vaccine Registry will contact registrants or their caregivers by email, text, or telephone for an clinic appointment or at home. People need to show only proof of identity. Minors between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and non-residents must bring proof that they work or study in New York State.

Tompkins County is reporting 6 new positive cases for a total of 99 active cases, that’s a sizeable drop in active cases since yesterday. Schuyler County is reporting 4 new active cases for a total of 25 active cases of COVID-19
