Early voting in NY started on Saturday. Votes may be cast in the primary races for State Assembly and congressional seats as well as a special election in the current 23rd district to fill the seat vacated by Tom Reed in May. The early voting sites in Tompkins County are at Crash Fire Rescue, 72 Brown Rd and at Town Hall at 215 N Tioga St.
