Bill Foster, Director of the Cayuga Lake Floating Classroom, talks about the Ithaca Fishing and Conservation Day, taking place on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Ithaca High School.  He discusses its history and how it encourages citizens to conserve local waterways.  He also describes what type of activities are carried out on the Floating Classroom.
