Thank you! Chicken-Fried Fundraiser a Major Success

THANK YOU! With your help Maxie’s and Bacchus raised $694 for the station!

On Tuesday June, 27th, Maxie’s Supper Club and Bacchus Brewing teamed up for a Chicken-Fried Fundraiser to benefit your Community Radio station, WRFI.

For every fried chicken (or tofu) dinner sold, Maxie’s donated five bucks to the station. And Bacchus is donated a dollar for every pint of their beer sold! North will met South with the night’s musical entertainment: songster Greg Schatz returned to his hometown from New Orleans to perform with  locals Doug Robinson and Michael Wellen.
