Amnesty Int’l Collects Signatures for NY Bill to Limit Prison Solitary Confinement (Audio)

Every month for the past 3 years, the local Amnesty International chapter has been collecting signatures in support of a state bill to limit solitary confinement in New York prisons. Yesterday afternoon, WRFI’s Fred Balfour interviewed two supporters and a member of the Tompkins County Legislature.
